I frequent this Rubios at least once every 2-3mos. I have never had such problems with my food and HORRIBLE customer service. Talk about going done hill never once did Jade( the team lead no Manager there apparently) ever apologize for all the issues. Then even after she re-rang my food up since it wasn't right the 1st time. I got home and it was covered in wet, soggy fresca( which I asked for it to not be on my food) I patiently waited the 1st 30mins for my food but when it came out wrong ( both entrees) I was upset, my kids I hungry and I had watched multiple people that came in after me get their food and be finished before I even got mine. When I got there they were not busy they did not get busy until after I placed my simple order. When Jade came outside to hand me my food the 2nd time I got no sorry, refund, dessert etc. What I got was an attitude. After the attitude right in front of my son, I went back inside and askrd for a manager but she said it was just her then I told her she needed to learn some customer service. She proceeds to yell out we are extremely busy. Young lady you are never to busy to be nice to people and apologize.

Always content with rubio's took a the service was not as good of atmosphere like others I've been to! Employees seem socially semi rude

Visiting from Mississippi and Man first time here and this place is really good / good flavor.
