Chipotle Mexican Grill

The chicken that day was simply marvelous & love the dressing vinaigrette. The short, middle server however, didn't have a decent personality and wasn't very kinda in serving a decent portion size of each topping.

Usually dont leave a negative review but after our experience and then reading the reviews for this store I feel its a public duty. Same issues with not being charged right for a side of rice and beans for a child ($6.50) Tried to explain what every other chipotle in the world has charged for this, could have even charged us for the kids meal and would have been better. I understand that the staff may be new/inexperienced but the combination of inexperience and then poor service is not ideal. The outdoor seating area was also very unclean.

Really bad experience. They are always out of items. I understand that happens sometimes, but why not say something. I ordered a salad and was told when I got to the register there was no dressing. Why not communicate that before ordering a salad? Just really bad communication.

Placed an app order, when I arrived it wasnt done for 20 minutes due to a plumbing issue. There was a sign left on the door with all the doors locked, a bunch of teenagers inside jamming out to their music, ignoring all the people waiting for their to go orders. When we finally got their attention they looked at us like they were irritated. This location is out of chips quite frequently as well. Dont waste your time or money.

I meant to write a review, but I was busy with work. I ordered in restaurant on February 14 and my daughters fruit (orange) was molded once we took her food out of the bag. The rest of the food was okay. Some Chipotle locations seems to make and season better. But the 2 stars is for the molded fruit.
