Chipotle Mexican Grill

its alr. writing this review after ive been a dozen times and theyre always out of at least one food item. once i went and they were out of 4 things an over hour before closing. not to mention multiple fountain drink options being out

Food was ice cold except for the leather tortillas. I ordered for pick up and was early. Should not of been sitting out to get cold. Couldn't even eat the chips and salsa. Just not appetizing. Was the first and LAST time I will get chipolte from anywhere.

I usually love Chipotle. The woman running the place intentionally tried to overcharge me for cheese. $3 for a little bit of cheese! No other Chipotle in the country does that. Ordered this order 50 times and she believes she can just make up the price. It's a national chain, pricing should be consistent. I ended up not buying it and leaving. She obviously doesn't care because she doesn't own the place... But she acts like she does! Corporate people should retrain or remove this person.

Store was clean, food was fresh, staff was very friendly. It's been a long time since I've been to Chipotle, I'm glad I gave it another try.

This location could do with some customer training. You dont charge customers for a side that they dont want, then give them major attitude when they ask for a bag of chips, since theyve paid for a side anyways. It costs you all NOTHING to give me a bag of chips, especially when I paid for a side that I didnt even get! Unreal. They act like the chips came out of their paycheck. Chipotle has been going downhill for quite some time. This visit solidified me never returning to another Chipotle. Perhaps you all should quit hiring brats to run your stores.
