Such a wonderful company to deal with. I called to look into a scooter for my mother. Dave & Mark took exceptional care of our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure my mother had what she needed and in time for Christmas. I am blow away by the exceptional customer service and would highly recommend Southwest Mobility.

A month ago I bought an extended warranty for 200 dollars, and specifically asked if that included the battery and they said. Today I went in and they said it was dead and it would cost me 200 dollars for another one. They said the warranty only covers service not parts, what has to be done on a battery its either dead or its not. They lied to me and stole 200 dollars from me.

I have a scooter that I purchased new from them a few years ago it needs new batteries so I stoped in there and the young guy at the desk told me $154.00 but when I went to get them the old man told me that they would have told me that that it would be between 4 and 5 hundred dollars they didnt even have them said there service man had them on the truck come back in a few days and I said no thanks I went to a shop on North Dobson and ordered it 30 minutes later they called and they had them for $320.00much nicer people to do business with will not go back to SOUTHWEST MOBILITY IN MESA do not recommend
