I am very pleased with my experience. The RT who provided my equipment was very informative and answered all of my questions. Being new to this I felt very nervous but by the end of the training I felt confident in my abilities. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Ordering supplies is absurd. Being told today not to expect supplies for 4 weeks do to be so far behind in processing. Bills ate never behind in processing with this company.

After multiple attempts to reach some one to explain why I have not received my order for CPAP supplies, I was transferred and promised I would receive a phone call within 24 hrs and they are still processing orders from October!! My order has not even been placed yet! Totally unacceptable. I will be looking for another company. Sorry I didnt look at their ratings before.

Banner Home Care called me in the beginning of June to say they received all of my paperwork from my PCP and they have everything they need....someone should be calling me within 4 weeks. Nobody knew why it takes so long to schedule the appointment. Sharon calls me after the first 4 weeks and says they are missing 6 months of case notes. My PCP said that they didn't send them anything extra but just today, Aug 2nd, they call me to schedule the pickup and are out to the end of next week. Complete Garbage. And this is acceptable?
