        The CSR (Paulette) was VERY RUDE TO MY Mom!!!!! Never have I witnessed such a snarky and grouchy customer service representative!!!!! My Mom is a very kind elder and does not deserve such insincerity. I had to express this here since this location IS going out of business. Probably because of TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
