Extremely poor customer service. They charged me for a $200 painting twice because the cashier accidentally rang up the same painting twice. When I looked at the total amount it appeared correct until a split second later when the painting then showed up twice in the total amount. Unfortunately, I had already inserted my card. I asked for it to be corrected but she insisted I had to complete the transaction and then do a refund at this point. She tried to refund it, but it is still not corrected with my bank days later. I am extremely frustrated by the incompetency with how this transaction has been handled.
