        Bank is only open 9-5 mon-fri and the ATM doesn't work more often than it works 3rd time now I get screwed because I can't withdraw my money from the ATM Very frustrating!!

        Had a few "hiccups" when they switched over from TCF but that's to be expected. They were always there to help and try to put things right. I've never had a problem withdrawing money, cashing checks, deposits...... The 1 less star is for missing my FEE FREE change counting machine for "TCF CUSTOMERS" LOL *added the 5th star - they now have a fee free change counter for customers LOL --- TY Alaska Fed.
