Came to deposit some money, ATM light was green...ATM was not working!!!! This is like the third time I've been there and the ATM wasn't working

drive-thru since I have yet to use it. I, like many folks, have medical difficulties so the candy they offer from time to time is helpful also!

I had an account with them for almost 10 years. Have never over drafted. They wanted to place a hold on a check from my work (which typically direct deposits into my account biweekly). I took all my money out of all my accounts and signed paper work to close my accounts due to this. This was back in October. They still have not closed my accounts and sent me new debit cards. I’ve called with no call back yet. Guess I’m going to have to go in again and get it in writing that they are closing my accounts.

Worst drive thru I’ve ever experienced! It’s never busy and I’m always waiting and waiting and waiting! The staff is not friendly and I almost always have to say hi first?! We might change banks cause it’s so ridiculous
