T-Mobile

I wanted to give a huge shout out to all of the employees at this store, but particularly Gabbi. I wanted to switch from AT&T to T-Mobile, and Gabbi was super helpful with getting all four of my lines transferred over quickly. I never at any point felt pressured to add on unnecessary things (like I did with AT&T) and she was super genuine about the things she did mention. I even tried out the home internet after complaining about Cox, and when I came back in to return the device when my trial period was ending, they took it back with no questions asked. I've had nothing but positive experiences with this store and even the online customer support. I regret not switching sooner!

Emily helped us out as soon as we told her about the problem with the Wi-Fi box, diagnosing and fixing it immediately. Deserves a raise!

I was kinda in the store for some time other than that when they actually did get the chance to get to me, they were pretty fast

I wish had never signed up with AT&T because their not nice and polite. However I met a young gentleman known as Neil at T-Mobile and I got what I wanted,"A good phone at the right price and the service was excellent." You can't do better than than better then that with no fuss no muss and no stress just a pleasant sales transaction." it was a really a nice day without that unwanted high-pressure sales tactics and prices that drain your emotions and bank-account. Later I caught AT&T attempting to withdraw money from my bank account nine days before my bill was due using my cancelled debit card. Dealing with AT&T was a nightmare because they use tactics that made my blood boil. That's why T-Mobile and Neill was such a pleasant way to do business for a change.
