I would give zero if I could was waiting in line behind two ladies more than 30 minutes another guy comes in I was in front of him like they didn't even notice me racist or something I walked lost my business here.

When the phone Kiosk at Costco shut down, I was one of the fortunate few to get the phone I had ordered. However, I needed help setting it up and transferring Data. I went into this store pretty late in the evening and a man named Mathew happened to be at the front. Mathew spent until closing time working with me to get it set up and making sure I understood. The other employee, a wonderful young woman named Shereet (Hope I spelled that correctly) chimed in every now and again with equally knowledgable advice. Mathew was funny, kind, smart and not once was he condescending nor did he make me feel like a stupid older woman, even though I know thats what I am when it comes to understanding technology. I have had problems with my phone calls dropping and it's been getting worse. Today it was so bad, I had to do something about it since it has begun to affect important projects I'm working on. I went back to this store and fortunately for me, Mathew was at the front desk! Once again, he figured it out, we think, but if by chance the fix doesn't work, I can go back and we'll try something else. The man is really smart, and goes above and beyond looking into all the possible causes of the problem. It's just been such a long time since I'v run into someone that seems to actually care about their job, the customers and enjoys the technology. I also really want to send a thank you to the young woman Shereet for all her help that night a month ago. Anyway, I would not go anywhere else. Thank you, truly, for all your assistance.
