Called in because after buying brake lights at this location, I had a quick question about the installation. I first got a young man who I could not make his name out, he hung up on me the moment I stated I had a question., within 20 seconds of the call. I called again thinking it was just a fluke, and got Lance on the phone this time. He put me on hold & when he returned to the line had a very bad attitude & ended up hanging up on me again. Not sure if its because I am a young woman or if they are simply lazy & inept. This is atrocious customer service & since not one but TWO employees felt comfortable hanging up on a customer, I'm assuming this must be the way this store is ran. Poor customer service & an obvious lack in management. Drive the few extra minutes to a different location, the one on N Power Rd is much more welcoming & helpful.
