The entire process from trade-in of our vanilla to purchase of the new vehicle went smooth. We were kept informed during the entire process no pressure sale.

Auonation treats its employees and customers better than any dealership. Of course, each dealership has its own staff and some are better than others. Automation Nissan has the finest employees. This is exemplied by Pat MacDonald the fleet manager. Pat is professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Poor customer service, mechanic at last service removed all 5 screws that hold the front bumper on. Last service was for an oil change and tire rotation, why did they remove the bumper screws? The tampering of our vehicle could have caused not only unnecessary damage to the car but could have put my daughter’s life in jeopardy. I spoke to our service advisor and all he said was bring in the car, we’ll replace the screws, no apologies. We’ve found reason to be suspicious that they’ve been tampering with the car in several past circumstances with what seemed to be unnecessary repairs… This is proof. We will never return to Auto Nation Nissan Chandler.

Didn't purchase here, but the service was excellent. Actually looked at two used vehicles, and Billy went out of his way to show us what we wanted without trying to pressure us into something we didn't. Super professional, friendly, and made us feel comfortable. Clean inside. Prices were competitive. Just a question of not having quite what we were looking for. I'd return the next time I was looking for a car.
