The Refrigerator Repair Person, Corey, came to my house at 6:00 PM on Friday night to help me with thawing the ice build up in my freezer due a failed evaporator (or so we thought). It turned out to be a loose connection on the Defroster, that Corey found and fixed. I still lost all of my food, but Corey really saved the day for me in getting my refrigerator working again on Friday, rather than having to wait several days for a replacement part.

This company flubbed the dates of parts being ordered and has now canceled/rescheduled our repair appointment three times now due to their mistakes or their people calling out, postponing it by at least a week each time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Unreliable. It is now Valentines Day and we have not had a working oven since before last Thanksgiving. We feel like we have been given the absolute runaround.

Another new update: purchased new frig 5 months ago and its been broken for 4. It's still broken and even worse now. Same creepy guy has been to my home another 3 times and I still don't have a working ice maker. He somehow managed to break the water line when he was here or maybe forgot to turn it back on but either way I have seen nothing but incompetence to the point that I worry he is doing this on purpose to make excuses to have to keep returning to my home. I am now just calling another company and paying for someone to come fix it that knows what they're doing because I am done with this guy coming to my home.
Update: It does get worse with this company. I am now waiting for more parts. My new refrigerator is apparently a lemon. The repair guy that keeps coming to my house is rude. This is such a terrible and stressful experience to keep having this guy come in my house to keep "fixing" one part at a time. Not sure what he's doing each time he comes here but he's extremely awkward.
My new refrigerator has been broken for over a month. Goldwing has been "waiting on the part." A month later.... while I'm still waiting for my refrigerator to be fixed....They tell me the parts are in and we schedule for them to be installed. Instead, they sent a tech to re-diagnose and re-confirm the part needed to be ordered. So here I am, sitting here with my broken refrigerator, waiting on Goldwing to apologize some more about how "there was confusion" (over what?!) or "their system went down over the weekend" or they "have a new manager" or they are "short staffed" or there was a "human error" etc. I've heard every one of those things from Goldwing while waiting for my refrigerator to get repaired.

I had my dryer repaired my Gold Wing, and they were great to work with. They were very quick to get me on their schedule. The repair technician was very punctual and kind and did a great job.
