My frig died on Wednesday and Rick was prompt on getting the part and installing it the next day. I've had him repair all of my appliances and have never had a problem with any of them. I've know Rick for over 15yrs. Very reliable person. I highly recommend him. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Rick worked on my refrigerator. Not only was Rick on time, but he was very knowledgeable about refrigeration. He located the problem and let me know the repair price up front. Rick repaired problem quickly. He also did his repair without disturbing me while I was working in the other room. When Rick was finished he told me exactly what the problem was and what was done to fix it. Rick answed all my questions and the price was more than fair. I would recommend Rick for any appliance or refrigerator repair.

Hired Rick to repair our refrigerator. It was a nightmare. Turned our fridge into scrap. Always late; often hours late. Didn't show at all multiple times. Always unprepared; short on supplies, equipment failures, etc. Had to come back over a dozen times, often staying until 9pm or later. Once had to borrow money from me to replace broken equipment. 100+ days later and fridge still doesn't work. Had to purchase a new one. Rick won't reimburse us for his total failure. Do not hire!
