Yvette made the move in process so easy and made sure everything was right with the apartment before we got our keys. Beautiful apartment and property. Got exactly what was shown and no surprises. Couldn't be happier! Thanks so much Yvette!!

I had an ok experience living in the Joshua, but a poor experience moving out. Had requested a Walk Through with an attendant a week in advanced. The front attendant waited until the morning before my leave to message the inspector -- who was conveniently unavailable. I cleaned the apartment with a toothbrush and hired a vacuum company recommended by the Joshua. The Joshua team ended up charging me for additional cleaning for services (carpet cleaning) that I hired a third party to do required / recommended by the Joshua staff. Talk about ridiculous! I ended up receiving less the amount I feel owed and thus the poor review.
Additioanlly, I never once used my parking spot since it was placed an unfair distance away from my actual living quarters.
The blinds i had fell within the first two weeks of me moving there due to sun damage and i was forced to pay for that as well.
The apartment staff doesn't care about you at move-out, only doing minimally as much needed to move you in. Then they have you sign the dotted line and direct all complaints to a third party company that doesn't do a proper investigation of move out conditions. Wouldn't recommend this complex only due to the attending staff's poor cooperative follow-through at tenant leave. Hate being ripped off.

Take my advice and save yourself the trouble. Run.
In summary, residing in this apartment complex requires paying a premium for the privilege of enduring inconveniences. If you choose to move here, be prepared to leave within a year, as it is highly probable that they will significantly increase your rent.
At first, I had some hope when I moved into this place, as I was tired of dealing with negligent landlords who shirked their responsibilities. However, it didn't take long for me to realize that the corporate management I chose fell significantly short of my expectations. They gradually increased my rent and imposed various miscellaneous fees. On top of that, they subjected residents to disruptive construction projects, like never-ending jackhammering near the pool. They even went as far as instructing tenants to move their vehicles from designated parking spots under threat of towing just to repaint the lines. Again.
Through my research, I discovered that Greystar, the management company, employs deceptive tactics to artificially inflate rental prices and colludes with other entities to exploit their tenants financially. Unfortunately, my neighbors also shared their negative experiences with Greystar. One of them had a flooded apartment that management refused to repair, and others received fines for simply hanging curtains to prevent homeless individuals from peering inside their homes.
While I acknowledge that the location is decent, it's by the major freeways, I'm excited to escape the oppressive management of Greystar and save up for a future home where I won't be subjected to their exploitative practices. And if all of that wasn't enough, today was the final straw for me. Two unidentified men climbed over my fence and patio, proceeding to demolish it without any prior warning. When I confronted them, they had the audacity to claim that I had been informed about their arrival to address the wood rot issue and that I would be denied access to my own patio, including my laundry area. However, their manager later clarified that Greystar management had mistakenly sent the notice to the wrong apartment. Lol, this place is an absolute joke.
Google sundialaz, and you'll thank me later. They have new properties on there every day. Best of all, the owners there actually care about receiving their rent, not like here.
Updated review, responding to the comment below:
To provide further clarification, I would like to rephrase my previous statement. Unfortunately, I am unable to respond directly to your inquiry. Instead of calling, I kindly request you to contact me via email. When it comes to dealing with Greystar, it is essential to maintain a documented record of communication. As previously mentioned, I indicated that I could find a larger residence, in a better location, and I did, at the same rental cost as my current rate. However, it appeared that you were considering raising my rent by an additional 20% without offering any additional benefits or improvements. Then gave a 20% decrease to find a new resident quickly. But that's not important here, nor is it the reason for my updated review.
Regarding your statement, "We are committed to making necessary improvements to maintain our beautiful community and greatly appreciate your cooperation," I would appreciate if you could address the actual issues within the buildings. It seems that the focus has been primarily on enhancing the aesthetic appeal, inconveniencing everyone in the process. To support my claims, I have attached a photo demonstrating a persistent leak in one of my neighbor's roofs, which your team has been unable to address for a significant period, resulting in mold issues. I believe you are already aware of this situation, as action was only taken when she threatened legal involvement. Furthermore, I have gathered additional images from other neighbors during my time living here. Not to mention the destroyed carpet from the leaky AC you refused to fix until it died on me on 116 degree day.
