        This tax place is off the chain. Jackson Hewitt makes sure their customers are satisfied and well knowledgeable of what is going on. I will return next year. I received my taxes in less than 21 days.

        Service this year is non-existent. I do not have access to my online taxes from last year. I called the corporate number and local office and getting my access back is not happening. My local office will print them but only with an appointment. The corporate call didn't get me that much as I was transfered to another office somewhere near me and they said the can't help me because there are different franchises and they don't help other offices. So they won't help each other let alone me. Wow, time to do my own taxes I guess.
