I have worked with True North Mortgage several times for home mortgages, refinancing, and most recently and home equity line of credit. Jim is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I always feel like he represents my best interests, provides me with the necessary information to make informed decisions, and has generally been a pleasure to work with. I just completed another home loan with Jim Roberts with True North Mortgage. He has been my loan officer for more than ten years. He has provided loans for both my personal residence as well as all of my investment properties. Jim is very easy to work with, asking initially for all of my materials without asking for more information as the loan develops. Because the only "employees" are Jim and Dan, the owners, I have always had my questions answered immediately without any run-around. The cost of working with True North Mortgage has been very reasonable and I have been able to receive a very competitive interest rate. I strongly recommend Jim Roberts with True North Mortgage.

Jim was a joy to work with. He walked us through every step of the process and was able to answer every one of the many questions we had.
