I have used John in the past on a refinance and have referred several client's to him. Everyone had the same experience as me, nice & smooth. My wife and I recently had a new home built and used John again and can't be more happy with how easy he made the process. We had a vacation planned and we were closing the day we got back. In past experience with other loan officer's they wait until the last minute to ask for paperwork, not John & Kristina. They made sure they had everything they needed and even took it one step further so we could sign before we left. My wife and I were able to enjoy our vacation come back and just pick up the keys. John, Kristina and the rest of his team are truly the best. I can't recommend them enough!
