        Their print department is always 10/10, but they helped me out big time with a very important order for some wedding place cards recently and I couldn't be more grateful. Melanie and Nathan gave me all the info and tools I could needed to bring my vision to life and then they even printed them beautifully and quickly. Thank you guys!

        Until today I would have given this store 5 stars. It's unfortunate what one employee can do. I had purchases to make but Arturo's behavior and asking me to "LEAVE MY STORE!!!" caused me to go elsewhere. I feel sorry for him because he really didn't know how to answer why the Amazon return code Staples provides when returning my packages is different than what Amazon provided to me. In his defense, I was persistent and wanting an answer. I've never had this as an issue with returns at a UPS drop-off so this was all new to me. I'm still worried, Amazon hasn't received the package. Just great that I happened to use Staples for an expensive return. Won't happen again.

        Had them transfer data from my Dell laptop to a new laptop I bought from them. My Dell worked perfectly before they touched it now it's slow and has all kinds of issues doing simple tasks.
