TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Renter beware!! Started off rocky, turned into a nightmare. Equipment was ill maintained (seadoo died throughout, then completely died, and we had to tow the seadoo back ourselves with no vessel assist and completely disrupted the day). At the boat ramp the trailer was broken down. The worker who was supposed to be guiding us wasnt visible and appeared to be incompetent to guiding and trailering boats. We had terrible guidance from him. He had AirPods in his ears while he is supposed to be having clear communication with us. When we did get some of the non-existent guidance, he told us we were good and this lead to collision with another boat. The winch strap to secure the boat to the trailer was completely severed (poor maintenance). Their truck was sliding around the ramp while pulling the boat and almost went into another vehicle. When discussing the encounter with the owner, he was quick to cast blame on everyone except him and his business. He separated himself from responsibility, offered no help or solution to either party. The owner was condescending, and spared no time to resolve this matter even taking phone calls while midstream of conversation. Too busy and understaffed. Do your own due diligence before renting from this place, highly recommend evaluating all other watercraft rental options around Lake Havasu.

So I rented a pontoon boat. The boat was very nice and clean. The wet monkey staff was very helpful and polite. Had a great time on the lake. Definitely going back again. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Great experience today with these guys. Super friendly, not pushy, very up front and honest. We'll be back.

Rented one of there Jet Boats this past week.I do not recommend the yellow jet boat.Has no handle to get in the back of the boat.I had to be pulled back onto the boat.Told the guy when we dropped it off."Yea they get pulled off all the time." Great way for a Terrible Tradgedy. Boats not getting Safety Inspection.
