Absolutely the worst company ever they dont train their employees properly and they allow their people to destroy people's homes and tear up existing people's internet causing major issues for alot of people. they dont even understand how basic cable works they tried to repair a coaxil line with a wire nut like it was electrical wire. And when confronted, they just dont care, period. I would never recommend them or their staff, especially with the 10% rate increase after 1 month. The box is allos new box that they installed after tearing up existing conduits and line

We were promised service by mid November at our HOA meeting by Allo Reps. They started the underground wiring but then stopped. We have a hole on our grounds and sprinklers dug for over 2 months with nothing being done. When the board contacted Allo they said they weren't going to do the install because they couldn't get into every single unit. Sorry but we own these units and some people don't want them in there. Does that mean you won't go down a street unless every single house on that street let's you in their house. Ridiculous company, that doesn't keep it's word.
