My brother and I are from Southern California and were looking for a investment property in the Kingman Az area. So we drove to Kingman and met with Katie, she explained that she was also from Northern California and somewhat new to the area. She impressed both my brother and I with her knowledge of the area and set out to find us a house . She did find us a property that hadn't even made it to the listings yet and we made a fair offer and bought that house that weekend. Katie still is in contact with us and continues to be our agent.
