Our review of working with Sarah is long overdue as weve been busy moving into our new home and making small changes! YAY!! We met Sarah literally by chance when I clicked on something online and then received either a very nice phone call from her directly or an email, maybe both. Sarah was always so friendly and easy to talk with, very knowledgeable but also laidback. Prior to meeting Sarah, we had spent well over a year trying to build a home nearby but were having problems finding a contractor and subs willing to work. We were definitely at cross roads on what to do, whether to build or buy a house on the market. Sarah reached out occasionally to see how our build was going. She would send emails as new properties hit the market that she felt might meet our needs. Twice, on the spur of the moment, I reached out to Sarah to see if we could go just look at a couple of homes. Long story short, the second home we looked at, we purchased. Sarah walked us through everything from inspection, appraisal, water well and septic inspections. She even had a recommendation for a top notch carpet cleaner! Thank you Sarah for making our purchase easy and fun! Working with you was a pleasure. We will definitely use you again and refer you to family and friends!!

Coming from out of town, Sarah was heaven sent. Coordination of time, availability and the time difference, though difficult she made our house hunting a great experience. We love our new home in a new state of AZ. We cannot thank her enough..

Sarah was great to work with. She was very patient with all the troubles we went through trying to get my father moved from Texas. I will work with her again in the future for sure.
