I came thru drive thru this mornimg and Shila was super nice and friendly, making sure i had everything i needed and everything was just right

Placed order online, got in drive thru to be told they didnt have it. Turns out they put orders under email name not name on order. Went in, they had it but then said they were out of the Chicken Santa Fe so I told them to swap for their fish sandwich. I ask them to redo the other two sandwiches so everything is hot. Nope on did the new sandwich that was changed to fish. Got home and it was a Santa Fe sandwich WTAT waited 10 min and the two sandwiches that should have been redone were not. Had to also wait on drinks after waiting 10 min for new food again WTAF. Very sad I love Carls Jr but so very disappointed, too expensive to be disappointed.

We stopped to charge our Tesla here & we decided to eat at your restaurant as soon as i walk in the first door i noticed how DIRTY your floors, walls, tables & everything was. There was nobody in line but me and i still waited about 20 minutes to be able to order or be acknowledged by someone because employees cant get it together as a team. There were way too many homeless eating inside the restaurant leaving behind trash everywhere. & lastly the bathrooms were EXTREMELY DIRTY!!! Nasty just nasty dirty bathrooms that havent been cleaned in months. I dont know how this carls jr is still open. This restaurant totally ruined Carls jr for me& you guys need to do something about it or be closed.
