The team came out to change the serpentine belt on my truck in the middle of nowhere on the 40. I cannot thank them enough with a hard work professionalism and dedication to the craft. I loved how the main mechanic had his son with him teaching him the trade. I'd rather see a kid help turn in wrenches then playing video games all day

I could not recommend DES Roadside enough!! He went above and beyond to fix a coolant leak we had while traveling through Kingman. His service and rates were exceptional. When there turned out to be more wrong with our vehicle than we originally thought, he gave us a tow and a ride back home to California. Wonderful customer service, and very reasonable rates.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. My travel trailer had a breakdown over this weekend. These guys answered my call, gave me an accurate timeframe of when theyd be there, and replaced a whole axle on my trailer without me having to move it. This company is fantastic. They went all the way to Vegas to pick up a brand new axle and parts, put it all together, and brought it all to me on a Sunday night. I definitely paid for it, but it was more than worth it. They even did a full inspection of my trailer before I left just incase anything else was bad. Would highly recommend these guys.

The family and I were driving through Kingman on our way back from picking up our new to us camper in Needles on Sunday. Had some break trouble on our tow vehicle and Dave from DES roadside was there to help.
I kept in touch with Dave while waiting for our tow from City Towing and while being towed back to Kingman.
We ended up staying overnight in Kingman and had the tow truck drop us and our vehicles off at the hotel around 4pm. Dave showed up at our hotel, was super courteous, got our issue fixed, checked our trailer breaks, and could of put us back on the road that night if we wanted to. Service: Brakes
