I have been calling all day long, trying to get in touch with them after leaving a vehicle. I was told I can leave it there and let them know where the key is which is great., but they don't answer the phone, don't have a voicemail and their facebook page has been deleted ( I am guessing from the horrible reviews)So, after being referred to this place I took my car in months ago for an a/c problem. I let them know that I had someone work on it, they replaced parts and the parts went out after using the a/c for less the about a day. I let them know the parts had just been replaced and the whole story... they call me and tell me they found the reason the a/c does not work. I was dumbfounded, since I already knew the reason the a/c did not work I wanted to know why the parts just went back out once new ones were put in. Three weeks later I get my car back. There was an issue with the parts and it took a while to get them in which, OK I get. I get my car back and its good, I don't use the A/c much since the weather has changed and its not hot out. This time the heater goes out while using it. Since they said they would take care of the issue if it happened again ( they just replaced parts did not actually find out the reason why it is happening in the first place ) I had to go in to make an appointment since they are hard to reach by phone. I make the appointment, go to drop my car off this morning and leave the keys where he told me to. I called as soon as I got to work at 8, then again at 9, 10 and 10:20, then again around noon.... EIGHT times I called them and not an answer nor call back. You think they would have called asking why my car was sitting there? Knowing I made an appointment and my car was suppose to be dropped off by this morning.Why did they not call me? Why did they not move my car into a safe place? Why was the key still accessible to the world?I walked up to my car while three employees sat there, opened my door, got my key, walked back around the car and left. Not a single one said a word, flagged me down or even waved!Use them at your own risk folks!
