Denise Myers from Farmers Insurance/Bristol West is unprofessional, irresponsible, and unethical. I would give her negative stars if I could! Working with her has been nothing short of a nightmare. She does not like to talk to people and almost rarely answers phone calls. When she does respond a few days, sometimes a week later, she will only text or email you. Complete lack of customer service skills. I was not happy with my experience with her so I called to cancel my policy. I spoke with her over the phone and told her to close out my policy. A week later, my bank account was debited the full premium and my policy was still open and active for 6 more months. I called her, she didn't answer, and i left a message. A few hours later, she texted me that she needed my new policy information so she could backdate and cancel my policy. If only she had done her job in the first place and canceled my policy when I called and spoke with her. Why do I get the feeling she did this on purpose? I ended up spending over 2 hrs on the phone with Bristol West and even they wouldn't take responsibility for Denise's mistake. Ugh, in the end it took a month for me to get my money back. What a horrible experience.
