        Very poor customer service, of course the old you need a full set of tires routine, no help whatsoever I will never use big o tires or recommend them ever again horrible horrible service no respect and no common sense

        Waste of time this morning! I got there a half hour before opening. Chatted with two guys getting tires. About 7:55 they put a sign on the door"NO OIL CHANGES TODAY" Manger! Sic! He didn't even take the time to open the door and let the people know. I guess that's why they call it Big zero!

        Non caring service manger. I used to routinely have service done but now will go elsewhere. Wouldn't even look at transmission leak, said take it to transmision shop. They've cancelled oil changes, not the shop I used to go to over the years. Good luck. To many other places to go.
