    Shopped for great quality tires easily on-line, for installation at Sahuarita/Green Valley Firestone. Staff called me with suggestion to delay install by a day because a sale would be starting, saving me money - nice touch! In person on phone, staff was efficient and pleasant to talk with. Car was ready a few minutes before the agreed-on time. Good communication throughout. Happy with all aspects of the experience.

    Of course I had leaks on the vehicle so timing belt, water pump was replaced and also vtec selinoid was replaced. When I gave them the car it was running smooth...when I got it back it was running worse than what I gave it to them (car was grumbling and shaking badly)....car even started smoking (all fluids were full). Now granted I have taken the car back to them today to see if they can fix this problem....but I should not have had to take it back to get this issue fixed!

    Will not stand behind the tire they sold me . Not even 20k on tire and won't plug . They sell junk tires with no warranty District manager better get some speedy guys working there .the dry rotten old lady is not making it . I will tell everyone that this shop is done and closeing

    I feel like the team in Green Valley are amazing. My wife and I walked our Little Atrezzo (tire) in from the local neighborhood like a dog, pulling the tire in with a flat dolly and a bungee cord. Little Atrezzo was screwed! Literally, it had a screw in it and was not looking so well, deflated completely. The staff laughed and joked with us about our little "doggy" and ensured they would take great care of it. A few hours later, Atrezzo the tire was all patched and inflated and ready to go. We put Atrezzo back on our car Ruby and now we are back to rolling around happily. The staff made our day with the jokes and even said Atrezzo is all caught up with its Tetanus shot. Fun times at Firestone for sure!

    *****UPDATE ***** I was finally able to make contact with the regional manager, the one that the store manager didn't know. He was very responsive, and extremely concerned regarding my experience in the store. He went so far as to accommodate me by crediting back $507.00. I would most likely never return to this store, but I am very greatful that senior management saw fit to do the right thing. I recently purchased two tires from this store. I initially dealt with the store manager, Tina. I specifically asked when I authorized them to put tires on my vehicle if that was the best price available. Going so far as to ask if they had any upcoming sales. It was a resounding no. I purchased the tires to the tune of $850.00. You see the manager Tina told me she wouldn't warranty just one tire because of balancing issues. I was forced into purchasing two front tires. Today I had to return because the technician failed to reset the tire sensors. When I pulled up I discovered a huge sale with banners, balloons, and more. I went inside and asked if my tires were on sale, the ones I purchased three days earlier. I was told yes, I then asked to speak with the manager, Tina. She then told me there was nothing she could do. I explained there was most definitely something she could do, that being to credit me the $140.00 I would have saved. I went on to tell her I would have waited the three days had she disclosed that information. She called me a liar, called her employees from the tire bay and had them try to strong arm me. After requesting to have the name of the regional manager I was told to "look it up", then told to leave. A day later, they went so far as to contact the local police. A absolute abuse of law enforcement resources. They came to my home to advise me that Firestone has tresspassed me from their facility. The action to tresspass is punitive, and is in part due to this review, and because they simply don't want to deal with doing the right thing. Im certain Firestone will alledge that I was threatening or aggressive, and they feared for their safety. Nothing could be farther from the truth. If they have any video surveillance, it will demonstrate the strong arm aggressive behavior by their employees after I requested the name of a regional manager. Based on previous reviews written regarding Firestone, I'm betting I'm not the only one who has experienced this strong arm behavior. Please remember this story the next time you are considering Firestone.
