We rented a storage unit online and it was the easiest thing we did Im for our move. When we went into the office to get our lock, we were greeted by the kindest people. We had an effortless experience. Highly recommend!!

Pricing increased 30% after a few months. Edit: I don't believe Extra Space Storage's reply to my comment is honest. "Rates are adjusted periodically due to market value" is not an honest reply. What they should be apologizing for is a Bait and Switch of prices. Based on other commenters saying the same thing over the course of months and maybe the last couple of years, this storage site will lure you in with cheaper prices online, then increase your prices after you've moved in because it's a hassle to move out. For anyone thinking about storing here, be aware that they will likely Bait and Switch your rent prices too. Original rent: $186/month New rent after a couple months: $238/month They did the same thing twice. I moved to Phoenix in 2022. They increase rent by 30% after a few months of moving in. In 2023, I moved to a different unit at the same facility with lower pricing, then they increased rent of that new unit by 30% after a couple months. This isn't "adjusting based on market pricing". It's a Bait and Switch. Call it what it is.

Check in was very easy! Just as instructed by Alice. Alice has been very helpful throughout our whole process. The facilities are nice and clean. I cant speak on behalf of the other Extra Space storage facilities but I highly recommend this one.
