        Went in to look at my toy hauler and it was broken into someone stole parts off my generator and batteries from the trailers next to me and mine. When I called the office they did nothing about it but said they will keep an eye next time. I go try to go in gate was closed side gate was open so I walked to my rv to grab something all of a sudden they have a lady who looks like a guy on the property wants to tell me something about going into my rv. And telling me I cant be on the property. Where was that same energy when they were taking parts off my generator. She/he was very disrespectful and wasnt professional. Please tell me youre paying for the parts on my generator or the batteries I had to buy that they took. If you have a trailer on the property please check your stuff because a few have the batteries missing and front door parts are broken into.. mine and other one fronts broken and my batteries were gone. Lithium batteries are not cheap

      We understand your frustration, but it's important to address the facts accurately. We regret that your belongings were stolen a month ago, and we did everything to the best of our abilities to help in the situation. However, it's crucial to mention that on Sunday March 3rd. your code was declined due to unpaid rent. Walking through the side gate without proper access jeopardizes the security of our property. With the recent burglary we are on high alert trying to make sure this doesn't happen again. We're working tirelessly to ensure the safety of our property and guests, despite the challenges we face. It's unfortunate that you failed to mention the real reason for your declined access, opting instead to create a false narrative. You stated "where was that energy when my stuff got stolen" but when presented with that "energy" you belittled my staff, yelling and scared her children inside the apartment. Derogatory comments and foul language towards our staff are unacceptable. Your comments reflect poorly on you and we hope you can reflect on your actions and choose to engage with us in a more respectful manner in the future.
