        Worst place ever! Management is terrible and the customer service is absolute trash. Walked in and customers were very very rude, using no manners. Also they place big orders for their lunches and dont even tip a dollar, one of the male workers gave the wrong amount of cash and lied about it and also didnt leave a tip. Any time I come in, they are so rude. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!!

        I attempted to purchase a Staples E-gift card online and they placed a hold on my debit card but then said that they do not use that debit card and cancelled the purchase - but the funds were held for 3 days before I could use it. If the debit card is not a preferred card, then how were they able to place a hold on it? I called customer service and they said that their E-cards are handled through a 3rd party so there is nothing they can do. Well, they can get another provider for this which speaks volumes to 3rd party vendors that represent Staples as it would be a large loss of revenue. I had recently purchased a high end computer chair but after this episode, they lost my business. I was going to purchase a laser printer but took my business elsewhere. So, if you plan on buying an E- gift card, buy it from another store - just not Staples.
