Arrived relatively late in the day in extreme pain and everyone was quick and very helpful, it was honestly an excellent experience.

EXTREMELY disappointed in the care provided. I took my daughter in on a Sunday morning for a sore throat. The rapid test came back negative so we did a culture swab just in case. I got notified of the positive results in my chart on Tuesday at 9AM. by Tuesday at 2PM I still hadnt heard from anyone regarding a prescription, so I called them and was given a response of I just have to wait for a physician to call me. I didnt receive a phone call until Wednesday at 9AM stating they would be calling in a prescription. I called the pharmacy at 2PM because normally I get a text or phone call when a prescription is submitted and again when its ready for pickup, and no record was found. Once again, by Wednesday at 3PM I still have not received anything. I had to call back in, and wait on hold for 30+ minutes only to find out they sent it in to the pharmacy, but never provided my phone number, so the pharmacy had no way to contact me. I would advise care elsewhere.

The service is normally good Dont know why the lady at the front with the tattoo's on her finger was impatient and rude both on the phone and in person

I come here at least once a week for my weekly shots and everytime I come here it's a great experience. The ladies that work the desk are always so nice and helpful. All the MA's are amazing, they are super kind and friendly. I truly appreciate Stefanie, she's always such a sweetheart and so kind. She always puts a smile on my face, I love seeing her. Otherwise everyone else here is just amazing and everyone goes above and beyond. Thank you for everything.
