MinuteClinic at CVS

Had a great experience at this location. I was in and out quick. The provider was very nice and informative.

Was running late and tried to call ahead and let them know. 10 minute wait on the phone. Got there and was told that there was only a 5 minute grace period for appointments and I needed to reschedule for another day or go to urgent care behind the CVS. I know whats wrong with me just need to be prescribed antibiotics but the women working were no help at all. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was there last week. The nurse and MD there were super professional, respectful and seemed to really care. I didn't feel like a no body. I highly recommend them and will return in the future

So went there with a really bad earache and a red patch on my face and scalp. Diagnosed as an ear infection. Prescription for ear drops. Four days later it's fully inflamed shingles. Have to go back. Second visit because they got it wrong the first time. And of course I was charged for both visits. You might say 50%, but when you have to go twice you didn't save anything and it takes a whole lot longer. Had this been diagnosed correctly it could have saved up to two weeks of pain and misery with the right antiviral medication. Will not use again.
