Inspira Arrowhead needs to be looked into. The management here is very bad. The DON Trish and her scheduler Kionna need to be removed from their positions. Just within the few weeks I have been here there was very bad communication, gossip, and unprofessionalism. Ive witnessed a lot of verbal abuse coming from several Caregivers and Med Techs towards residents who live in Memory Care and Assisted Living. There is just so much tension in this facility and Trish/Kionna do nothing to improve the situations. I certainly would not recommend putting your loved one here or working here.

Im a med tech here at Inspira Ive been here just over three months and I love it here. I can wake up and not feel stressed about going into work. Management makes sure we have enough staff to properly care for our residents. The teamwork with the caregivers and med techs are AWESOME!!!!!

I worked there for almost 2 years and the place has some stories my first year they had a resident that tested positive she had to stay in her room for two weeks the place has lots of favoritism one thing I did not like was a girl name Lucy she wouldnt mind her own business she was just a caregiver and would look thru residents private folders very disrespectful - Also some of the morning girls would come in late for work 25-30 minutes late the Coordinater there was to worry getting her booty done not carding at all shes rude roles her eyes to residents and thinks she knows it all no experience whats so ever - The nurse there Trish Hodge voted the best nurse of all arizona 1 she doesnt know who her residence are she will ask medtechs and caregivers if there new and speechless too worried about dressing nice in her Barbie heels to dressie to serous will not put scrubs on to help out on the floor shes too worried on getting her nails done the place is no joke its a zoo almost every back office staff looking to fancy lots of favoritism lots of gossip to much going on that when residents need a nurse (never ) available caregivers and medtechs work to hard to get paid less -Residents are fabulous but Inspira doesnt do much for them
