When our mother first went there end of December 2022, she wasn't happy, but the staff, at least initially, worked with us to help her get used to her surroundings. However, after 5 weeks of her being there, we removed her from the facility. We reached out to Nicole and Olga for assistance after she left, but they never contacted us. Out of sight out of mind. We were especially disappointed, because we had heard good things about Glencroft for years. Unfortunately, not the case. Think twice before you send your loved one there.

If you work in the towers dining room - there a few shining stars in there. Manny - Mela - Heather. Those are managers. All hard workers. They will have your back. I don't know if the previous servers I worked with are there - but they we're good and had your back. Don't know about the new ones nor care. I'm only writing this review because Google kept asking for one. If the names weren't mentioned here - then run. I loved the residents & still do. They're like my second Grandma & Grandpa. Also, yes. I crashed into a Fire Hydrant.

It is unacceptable that my Dad was dying from lack of professional and medical responsibility...I thought with Glencroft being a SKILLED Nursing Facility to care for my Father as well as a CHRISTIAN based Hospice Team of Medical Professionals my Dad was well looked after...Why wouldn't any of you at Glencroft detect an elevated temperature, 4 Tbls of Orange colored Urine in my Dad's Catheter Bag from severe Dehydration as well as infection clogging up my Dad's Lungs, thick green mucus trapped inside my Father's mouth to the extent that his tongue became glued to the back of his throat from no one ever suctioning my Father's mouth, which contributed to his sudden rejection of food and water?..Not to mention his eyes were crusted shut due to drainage...My Father was put in critical condition brought on by absolute neglect, apathy, and disregard of human suffering. I was told my Father is old and at end of Life...My Father had NO CHOICE but to be at the end of his LIFE...You all have become too detached and desensitized...I've said many times to many of you at Glencroft that my Father is a FIGHTER, if he's given a fighting chance...You all failed my Father in the most unGodly way...It's NOT your will but God's Will be DONE. Thank God for His Love & Mercy

This place is a NIGHTMARE to work at. Constant gossiping between coworkers. Staff to resident ratios are awful. Senior caregivers/staff treating the new ones awful.Manegment wont actually fix any of the issues here. Low pay. I cant take it anymore. NIGHT.MARE. If you want to deal with people lying about you because they simply dont like you or because you're new, work here. Everyone here is on edge and A LOT of BULLIES work here. Yes, BULLIES.

Our mom moved in from out of state and the staff have been incredible. The coordinator Dorothea is very kind, patient and helping all of us with our many questions along the way. First day there five different people came by make sure she was ok. My mom loved that new carpet was put in before she moved in. We looked at several places and did months of research. You really dont get the vibe until you visit. There were several places that appeared more beautiful, newer and nicer. However, what sets Glencroft apart 1) since of community. The residents we talked to loved it there 2) High staff to resident ratio 3) Every staff from security, housekeepers, office genially happy, compassionate and kind. 4) all the restaurants ran by a chef who scratch makes the food and sources organic 5) the cost includes so many amenities that it is more than worth the cost 6) Full time neuropathy program. My mom could barely walk and after two sets of classes she was able to walk in her unit with out a walker My mom so happy her sister sold house moved in I asked another resident why she liked Glencroft and said the other places felt like a hotel there are residents that have been there 10+ years and thats a good sign too 8) We loved that each unit had freedom to decorate front and back as the wanted allowing creatively and feeling like its home
