Terros Health - Olive Health Center -Primary Care

This place should not be allowed to operate. It's like the McDonald's of healthcare. Was referred here, not by choice for a monthly shot, and have missed 2 doses. First one, the apparently do not understand how insurance works, took them a month to figure that out to finally get scheduled for the 2nd month treatment. Show up today and they say come back later. We come back later and tell us that they don't even have it. They sent it to the wrong place and told us we can go there instead. I feel terribly sorry for anyone who is forced to use this place.

Worst service, they are the number on my insurance card for a PCP & I have called 3 separate times just trying to schedule an appointment. If youre too busy to accept new patients just say that rather than being so unprofessional, I do hope the calls are recorded to see how no one does their job here. Waited on hold for 16 minutes just to be hung up on and when I called back they picked up but immediately put me on hold again without saying so. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

It was decent and I went there for a while The rooms were always ice cold during the winter and too warm during the summer. I have them set up as my PCP for a while and then all the sudden one day the doctor I was using quit and nobody was notified and then I found a new PCP.

Ive been through a couple psychiatrists here and they are all very bland and dont even care about you as a person they all feel like robots your dealing with mentally sick patients that are battling every single day with there emotions you would think that would make them a little more compassionate..but sadly thats not true they treat you as if your a burden ..makes no sense going into a profession as serious as this one to treat people like they are an inconvenience to your day makes me sick.. bertha is who Ive been seeing and she acts like everything I say is a problem or either gaslights me or makes me feel like Im crazy for wondering whats going on with myself tip of the day .. respect and listen to your patients maybe use eye contact or show a little compassion to the people who are struggling ..or get out of this field
