I was initially very hopeful about being seen here and worked closely with my insurance company to find a facility that accepted my insurance. The staff, especially the lady at the front desk, were very pleasant as we booked my first appointment for an intake session. However, after several days, I received a call informing me that my appointment would be canceled without even having the initial intake session. Instead, I was referred to another office, which was over an hour and thirty minutes away. They didn't even ask for my zipcode to assess the commute. Additionally, the place they referred me to didn't accept my insurance. When I voiced these concerns, I was simply given the response to "just call your insurance." I understand that there are internal procedures and assessments made on patients, but simply referring a patient to a location without checking with them is truly disappointing. Patients like us go through a lot to access mental health resources, and medical services should be more considerate of this. Fortunately, I have found another place, but I believe that better communication and patient support should be prioritized for future patients.

Been going for 3 weeks now. Staff is professional and treat me with respect and most important, I'm clean for the first time in 50 years. I will continue to go and trust them to help me achieve my goal, Drug free!! I would recommend them to anyone. Advise, don't go cause you have too, go because you want to and be honest with yourself as well as with them, makes it so much easier.

Absolutely do not recommend! I would give negative stars if possible! I went looking for help with my alcoholism sense Im on methadone already for the past three years thru a different clinic I was looking for a change and am desperate for help. They promised me all that I need and am absolutely desperate for. They would help me thru my alcohol withdrawal and honor my monthly methadone take home is provide me with adequate counseling Two hours into my intake in speaking with the provider which was a very rude lady with an extreme Russian accent. She proceeded to discredit my 3 years clean off opioids because my alcoholism (that I discovered the severity of after getting off heroin) saying I dont deserve my monthly methadone take home even with my 3 years of clean drug test. But here is the kicker and the reason for this whole review She PROCEEDED TO TELL ME SHE IS GOING TO SEND ME TO PRISON IF I DRIVE MY OWN CAR BECAUSE IM DEPENDENT ON ALCOHOL. OUT OF NOWHERE. We still had hours left of meetings and stuff to do and this lady was just mean, cold, rude, demanding, and over all just a aweful person to be around especially when people are in such vulnerable situations.
