        Their return policy is ridicules and I am so disappointed with this company. The girl at the register was rude and she said she is a manager. I am never going back to this store.

        Horrible management!!! Lady that says she the manager has an awful attitude 0 customer service. They need an actual professional person as manager there. And the fact that they give you a gift receipt but they decide its not an exchangeable item doesnt make any sense. This store makes the actual HugoBOSS name brand look really bad.

        The chubby girl at the register was so rude she particularly kicked us out of the store said this rack isnt on sale even if you show me the receipt that you got if for sale really bad customer service they need to hire more professional people not young kids.
