Worst experience Ive had with a doctors office in so long. Ive tried to go to this office several times and every time I have an issue. First time they tried having me pay cash when I have insurance. Then they did my blood work wrong when I went to a specialist that they recommended I was told all my numbers where normally. This last time I have been trying to reach the doctor for three days regarding covid and I can barley get a call back and when I do its by the very sassy/ rude receptionist. Please dont visit this doctor spend your time and health somewhere else!

I have been a patient of Dr Holland since I was in my 30s I am now in my early 60s I have never had an issue with the front office with Dr Holland I still go and see Dr Holland as a matter of fact I have an appointment with him today and yes Janine was a great nurse practitioner I miss her a lot I wish I knew where she was she did a lot for me and when she left the service was seamless they still take good care of me whenever I go in there and they have always gotten back to me when they need it to so to Dr Holland and her staff thank you for over 30 years of great service and yes I have an insurance so I will no longer be able to see him but I can still see the nurse practitioner

I am modifying my previous post from 5 to 1 stars. Holland has gone continually downhill over the past several years. Now I find out that he will no longer take my insurance, WHICH IS THE INSURANCE HE INSISTED I GET 2 YEARS AGO! I don't know if he dropped Optum or they dropped him, but either way I now find myself without a PCP. GRRR! I've had it with him. Bye!!
