Avoid at all costs!! They can't keep doctors on staff. They don't inform patients of ANY changes! Good luck trying to get medicine or labs, they forget everything they tell you too! Such a joke!

Had the ingrown toenail procedure done on both feet and both sides of the nail all in the same day. Im in excruciating pain and called to have medicine put in to help with the pain. Jackie is who answered the phone, she was unprofessional and disrespectful. Absolutely no empathy, Jackie is a horrible representation of customer service and should not be working the phones.

They never answer the phone or return numerous messages left. Doctors forget to submit lab requests. They never call you with lab results either. You have to leave messages for weeks or drive to their office, to make an appointment, get a refill or just a response .

Waiting on hold for 30-40 minutes, phone still not answered. Tried to use the patient portal. Messages are never answered. I see a review a year ago with the same issue. They said they were working on it. I'm done. Found a new Dr that staff actually answers the phones.
