Dr. Rad is an excellent doctor. Very positive and encouraging in his mannerisms. He walked me through from stage 3 to bringing transplanted.

I called to make an appointment for a kidney infection. The woman was being quite rude and did not want to make an appointment for me. I asked to speak to her supervisor, as she would not help me. When she transferred over to the supervisor, she did not realize that I could hear her conversation. She and the supervisor completely made fun of me and said all sorts of negative personal things about me and my health. Then, the supervisor said we will just put her on hold. They put me in hold without saying anything to me. After being on hold for 15 minutes, they dropped the call. I was very nice on the phone with them, and that behavior seems unacceptable in any healthcare situation. I ended up calling a different organization that was more than helpful. I would not waste my time with this place. Good luck if you are reading this!
