Hollywood Beauty Eyebrow Threading

Been going to this shop for couple months. I called to make sure they were open. They said come in as a walk-in, I arrive at 6:50pm and they refused to take me and said they were closed. Never again coming here.

If I could I would give this place zero stars. It used to be good but the last two times I have been the same lady messes up my eyebrows. After the first time she snipped off too much at the top of where my eyebrow starts, I foolishly went to her again. I told her LEAVE THEM THICK JUST CLEAN UP she says okay dear. & I can feel her going too high up again & I tell her NOT TOO HIGH JUST A CLEAN UP She says yes just a clean up dear. So know Im dealing with atrocious eyebrows because Im trying to grow them out. She did indeed go too high & she took off a lot from the top of the brow.

I dont know what happened but yall need to hire new ladies that actually know how to thread eyebrows my brows are messed up everytime I go so Im done going here both ladies always take way to much off and cut my skin too they are very careless and Im done coming here get you some better employees cause looks like Im not the only one not coming here anymore your ratings are getting lower and lower by the week so good luck
