I can't believe I hadn't found you sooner! After a trip to the nail salon for waxing, stumbling upon your place has been a game-changer. Your website's online scheduling feature is a lifesaver, and the folks at the front desk are just so nice. And Marisol? She's a gemfriendly, thorough, and totally pro. I was a loyal customer for about 2 years and always tipped out my girls well. My most recent altercation has completely turned me off from this franchise. I needed to place a freeze on my waxing membership as I am currently enrolled in an esthetics course and cannot be waxed during this time. I was told that I needed to come in person to the location in order to fill out a paper to freeze my account. I did so in early February and noticed on March 1st that I still got charged for my monthly membership payment. I called the location and was informed that the manager Savannah would reach out to me as she had forgotten to submit my freeze into the syestem and I should be refunded for the incorrect charge. I did not receive any phone call from the manager for 24 hours so I came in person again to the location to try to get some answers for the lack of communication about my money being returned to me. The front desk informed me that the manager shouldve called me by now and she will reach out again to Savannah in order to correct her own mistake. Im very frustrated as I have been very lenient during this situation and Im understanding that this franchise does not care about their reputation and customer satisfaction as Im the one being treated poorly for a mistake on THIER part. I completely canceled my membership and will not be returning. I am out 100 dollars for the charges of the month of February and March as they told me I could not be refunded for February even though I did not receive any services in exchange for my payment. Not sure how you can take my money and not provide a refund when I havent received a service but whatever. I recommend Its Sugar for a better waxing experience .
