.they told me I had wrong store I showed I had correct store..then manager who looked 12 yr old and scared couldn't help me unless I printed it out..then 2nd manager came after 30 mins in back and said call or pick up your food at door dash!! What? I can't cancel the order after 45 mins at Wendy's no food and they got my money. it was not busy but the staff was lollygagging and folding and unfolding bags for anticipated food to come..the place was a mess tables not wiped and napkins n straw paper all over floor
.horrible experience and my grandgurl had a melt down wanted nuckets .couldn't transition leaving with nothing..pending in my online bank account so can't cancel ...yet..good luck I was kind and just walked out no anger mi(
