        Worst customer service I've ever had! Mace needs to learn how to be professional with communication and customer service skills, Mace charged me a full service fee for hydrafacial and used my credit card info without delivering the service to me! I really had a bad experience with her and will never schedual an appointment again. and DO NOT put your credit card info on her website. Its scam.

        mace is the absolute sweetest she is sooo knowledgeable and my skin looks amazing every time i see her! she also wont try to sell you anything she doesnt think you need & really cares about getting you the best treatment possible for YOUR needs

        This isn’t a scam at all. Having a card on file is to protect my business from last minute cancellations, or no shows. I only charged your card because you canceled LAST MINUTE. Less than 24 hours before your appointment. You read my polices when you booked the appointment & you also signed the form agreeing to the polices. These are my business polices. Last minute cancellations means getting charged.
