I am so upset I already reviewed once but it's worse than I originally thought. I straightened my hair for the first time and the man who cut my hair literally butchered my hair. Gave me 3 layers 5 inches apart. They're not Even straight you can see the jagged cut he did. He does NOT belong in a salon anywhere!! If I could figure out how to share pictures I would.

When I 1st went to the salon, I received what is honestly the worst haircut I have ever had and that's saying a lot. I HAD long hair and wanted to add a few layers and I ended up with a cross between a mullet and a bob. I was very upset, needless to say, but I commend both the manager, Billie, and especially Audrey the stylist that fixed my hair....as much as she could because it is truly that bad. But they truly took care of me and I cannot thank Audrey enough. I was not ever going to come back, but Audrey definitely gained a new client, that girl can work miracles!

I absolutely HATE my hair! Spent 200 for a color correction and now look like a zebra. My stylist did not listen to me and continued on even when I said that I wasn't happy with the outcome and if there was something that could be done to fix it. And wouldn't listen and refused to help me; kept insisting that she loved it when I'm the one wearing it. Ladies I HIGHLY advise anyone whose debating on coming here to move to a different salon. Save your hair.
