I used Don Masters CPA from 2007 until 2020. In the past I would have given him 5 stars. Unfortunately that has changed. Where he use to return my calls, then would not, was not the biggest problem. Mr. Masters told me that my business did not qualify for PPP. After speaking with another CPA, I found that I indeed did. I'm not sure if it was a lack of knowledge on his part, or if it was a morality judgment, but I think I deserved to know my true options. I subsequently did receive PPP and it has been forgiven, as my new CPA had told me it would. Sadly, my last CPA passed away. I was about to find a new one, when my dad said he too was looking. I told him about Don, who has his business only two miles from his house. I told him, Don was great, except for the fore mentioned. I thought, you know maybe I should reach out to him, and tell him why I left, see what he says? Maybe I could go back to him. Well, it's been days since I reached out and not even the common decency to return my call. I was a client for 13 years. Incidentally, he did return my dads call to say that he was not taking on new business. Still, no reply to me. I thought about this review two years ago, but it seemed now was the time.

6 years later I still use Don for all our accounting and tax needs. Many of my friends also use him and are very happy they do as well.

We are thrilled with Don! It's so nice to have a CPA and financial adviser who actually understands our business!

Don has not only been professional and knowledgeable but also their integrity is outstanding.
