They did are very late taxes and treated us with respect and kindness throughout the entire process. They helped with one of the most stressful situations in our life and resolved it for us. Jennifer Symonds and this entire organize are a fraud! Stand clear! They charge you $1500 for an "evaluation" and the next thing ya know ut into them for $5K-$6k. Oh and if ur an addict/alcoholic...stear clear. Apparently Jen doesn't like us. Bad history apparently!

Chris did our tax return and made sure we got all of the deductions and such that we qualified for.

Ed is was very helpful. He did a 1/2 hour consultation free of charge and offered priceless advice. He was able to direct me in dealing with the IRS and informed me of the most cost effective options. He was able to give me ballpark figures for future CPA needs with him. Thank you Ed!

I wouldn't go this route again. They are way too expensive and i hired them to help with all my tax needs, including alot i owe the IRS this year. They should have asked me for all my info so i could save any possible money. I could have claimed all my vehicle registration amounts but they never even asked me for that documentation. I am about to file an amended tax return.
